Oats with a twist.


A yummy complex carb dimension to your breakfast.

1/2 Cup Oats
1 !/2 Cups Water
1 Chopped date
1/8 teaspoon allspice
1 Tablespoon mixed seeds
Pinch of salt

Cook for 2 minutes at full power in microwave. Stir and stand for 1 minute. Cook for a further 2 mins.
Stir and serve.
