Complaints Procedure

I do everything in my power to give my clients the best possible service and to protect their confidence in me. If you feel that I have not done this to your satisfaction, I would very much like to discuss this with you with the view of improving and resolving the issue that you feel has let you down.

I encourage you to contact me so that we can sit down and discuss things in the first instance.

If you feel that this route is not delivering the desired outcome, I will provide you with the details of my governing bodies to approach independently.
